Current Announcements/Updates:
Feb 27, 2024
We finally have some nice warm weather. Here’s a few updates to keep you apprised of what’s been happening.
Roof stripping is almost completed. The flat roofs are still in process. Many roofs have much of the new tile in place. We’re awaiting delivery of siding, gutters and fascia, hopefully soon, so the roofs can be completed.
Other identified work has been scheduled and will continue, i.e., flat roofs, stucco, interior repairs.
Screening is scheduled for repair/replacement once roofs are complete and no further damage to screens can occur.
In addition, the pool water is 84 and refreshing! Take time to enjoy it.
Thanks to everyone for their patience and cooperation to ensure a smooth as possible completion of this project.
Regards,
MIchele Wilson
